Book

My Book Review

Easy Blog Photo

Title: Amulet The Last Council ( book 4 )
Author: Kazu Kibuishi

Illustrator: Kazu Kibuishi
Storyline:

In this book there are stone keepers, stone keepers are the
most powerful people in the world.
There are many people around the world that have a stone.
They use it for danger and they use it to help people.
No one knew that max was working for the Elf king. Emily was
sleeping, someone came and took her to the guardian council, That is
where she found Max. When she went in there, there were people they
told her about it they said its is a game, you have to survive, and you
also have to becareful of monsters. If you get caught by
one you are long gone. Max fond the mother stone he grabbed it and
emily said leave it, but he didn’t. He was working for the guardian
council. So they went in a pardoll so max can go back to the elf king
. But these people tried to stop him with their amulets but he
got away in a chopper.

What I don’t like:
When max was nice at the
beginning to emily but he
tricked
emily and now he
works for the
Elf king.
Favorite character and why?
My favorite character
is emily because she
is a brave girl
And she has friends that help her
defeat the elf king
by using their amulets.
Would I recommend this book?
Yes I would recommend
This book so other people
can be
interested into
other books
instead of one book.

Olympic Art Work.
Screenshot 2016-09-22 at 9.52.27 AM.png
These are all the words that we had to put on our art work, we had to put the words outside the border and we had to make it fit.
Friendship
Respect
Gold
Silver
Bronze

My class and I created our own Olympic art.  We used Google to search up an olympic athlete.  Then we had to screenshot it so my teacher can print it off for us.  We also used metaphors and similes. The two bubbles down bottom are the speech bubbles and in these are my similes, and the one up top are the thought bubbles. In the thought bubbles are my metaphors.  Before we put our faces on our athlete’s body, we had to do a tessellation for our background.  We used a 3.8 triangle that created hexagons.  The tessellation I created, my shapes were not allowed to overlap and it can’t have any gaps.  It took us about 3 days to finish our art work..

Finally, our awesome artwork is hanging above us in Room 10!
